Restrictions and Prohibitions
1. Use of Devices
The use of devices such as smartphones and tablets for purposes other than learning is prohibited. Watching lessons and explanations is fully allowed. Contacting parents is allowed. Any other use is prohibited. Use during breaks or in the restroom is also prohibited.
When you want to look up something you don’t understand, first use the electronic dictionary provided at the school instead of relying on devices. If you still don’t understand, then use the device.
Smartphones have many temptations. Often, when you try to look up something, you end up searching for topics that are far from the main purpose, resulting in a significant waste of time.
Set your smartphone to not ring or vibrate.
Use earphones when watching problem or explanation videos.
2. Eating and Drinking
Do not eat or drink items that make noise or have a strong smell.
Pay attention to the noise when taking items out of bags or boxes.
Do not eat or drink while moving.
3. Chatting
Teaching each other is OK, but chatting is not allowed.
Whispering is prohibited.
Speak clearly when talking.
4. Noise
Do not make unnecessary noise.
Actions such as shaking your legs causing vibrations on the floor or desk, spinning pens and dropping them, continuously clicking pen tips, humming, or whistling can be stressful to those around you.
If you frequently cough or make noise, do not come to the school.
5. Smell
Keep your body, clothes, and belongings clean.
The smell you like may not be liked by others. Fragrance components in perfumes, fabric softeners, shampoos, etc., are said to cause chemical sensitivity.
For the comfort and health of those around you, it is desirable to have as little smell as possible.
6. Destruction
If you intentionally damage items within the premises, you will be immediately expelled.
Intentional damage includes graffiti.
A uniform repair fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Tuition fees will not be refunded.
⚠️Instructors will issue yellow cards at their discretion. If you receive the third yellow card in one day, you must go home. You cannot re-enter that day.
If you are sent home for receiving the third yellow card three times, you will be expelled. Fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
